Albany City Hall, located in Albany, New York, is an architectural landmark designed by renowned architect Henry Hobson Richardson and completed in 1883. This Romanesque Revival building is characterized by its striking red sandstone exterior, steeply pitched roofs, and a distinctive clock tower that rises 202 feet above the city. The clock tower houses the first municipal carillon in the United States, installed in 1927.
