Alfanzina Lighthouse

Alfanzina Lighthouse, located near Carvoeiro in Portugal, is an important maritime beacon overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Established in 1920, the lighthouse features a striking red cylindrical tower rising 23 meters above the ground, topped with a gallery and lantern. The light from Alfanzina can be seen from 29 nautical miles away, guiding ships safely along the rugged Algarve coastline.
