This architectural masterpiece is renowned for its grand scale, intricate carvings, and stunning symmetry. Initially dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu, Angkor Wat later transformed into a Buddhist temple in the 14th century, reflecting the region's evolving religious landscape.
