The Archaeological Sites of Bat, Al-Khutm, and Al-Ayn in Oman are remarkable remnants of the Early Bronze Age, dating back to the 3rd millennium BCE. These sites, located in the Al Dhahira region, are considered some of the best-preserved and most significant in the Arabian Peninsula. The complex at Bat includes a series of beehive tombs, towers, and settlement remains that provide valuable insight into the funerary practices and social structures of ancient communities. Al-Khutm features a well-preserved stone tower, while Al-Ayn is renowned for its alignment of beehive tombs against a dramatic backdrop of the Jebel Misht mountain.
