Artis, officially known as Natura Artis Magistra, is a renowned zoo and botanical garden located in the heart of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Established in 1838, it is the oldest zoo in the country. Artis features a wide variety of animals, ranging from elephants and giraffes to exotic birds and reptiles, housed in enclosures designed to mimic their natural habitats. The park also boasts an extensive aquarium, a planetarium, and a butterfly pavilion.
