The Baan Dam Museum, also known as the Black House, is a unique and intriguing art museum located in Chiang Rai, Thailand. Created by the late artist Thawan Duchanee, the museum consists of over 40 structures spread across a sprawling estate. Each building showcases a blend of traditional Thai architecture and contemporary, often dark-themed art. The exhibits include an eclectic collection of paintings, sculptures, and installations, many of which incorporate animal bones, skins, and other natural elements.
