Banya Bashi Mosque, located in Sofia, Bulgaria, is an iconic example of Ottoman architecture and the only functioning mosque in the city. Built in 1566 during the Ottoman rule, it was designed by the celebrated architect Mimar Sinan. The mosque's name, which translates to "Many Baths," reflects its proximity to the city's thermal baths.
