Basilica della Ghiara, located in Reggio Emilia, Italy, is a stunning example of Baroque architecture. Constructed between 1597 and 1619, the basilica is dedicated to the Virgin Mary, following a miraculous event in 1596 where an image of the Madonna is said to have healed a local man. The church's interior is richly decorated with frescoes and paintings by prominent artists of the time, including Ludovico Carracci and Alessandro Tiarini.
