Basilica of Our Lady

The Basilica of Our Lady, located in Maastricht, Netherlands, is an impressive example of Romanesque architecture with origins dating back to the 11th century. Known locally as the "Onze-Lieve-Vrouwebasiliek," this historic church is dedicated to Our Lady of the Assumption. Its striking westwork and twin towers dominate the city's skyline, and its interior features a serene cloister, beautiful stained glass windows, and an atmospheric crypt that attracts many visitors and pilgrims.
