Beauvais Cathedral, officially known as the Cathedral of Saint Peter of Beauvais, is an architectural marvel located in Beauvais, France. Renowned for its Gothic design, the cathedral boasts some of the highest vaults in the world, reaching an astonishing height of 48 meters (157 feet). Construction began in 1225, and although the cathedral remains incomplete, its choir, transept, and apse are acclaimed for their impressive scale and intricate detailing.
