Bellamy Mansion, located in Wilmington, North Carolina, is a historic house museum and one of the finest examples of antebellum architecture in the state. Built between 1859 and 1861 for Dr. John D. Bellamy, a prominent physician and planter, the mansion showcases a blend of Greek Revival and Italianate styles. The house, which survived the Civil War and a devastating fire, offers visitors a glimpse into the lives of the Bellamy family and their enslaved workers.
