Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve in Belarus is a protected area renowned for its rich biodiversity and extensive natural landscapes. Established in 1925, it is one of the oldest nature reserves in the country and has been recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve since 1979. The reserve spans over 1,000 square kilometers and features a variety of ecosystems, including pristine forests, rivers, swamps, and meadows. It serves as a critical habitat for numerous plant and animal species, some of which are rare or endangered. The reserve is particularly famous for its populations of European bison, lynx, wolves, and a wide array of bird species.
