Beverley Minster, located in Beverley, East Yorkshire, is a stunning example of English Gothic architecture. Originally founded as a monastery in the early 8th century, the current structure primarily dates back to the 13th and 14th centuries. Known for its magnificent twin towers and intricate stone carvings, the minster boasts an impressive interior with a beautiful vaulted ceiling, medieval stained glass windows, and an ornate reredos. It serves as a parish church today but retains its historical significance as one of Yorkshire's architectural treasures.
