Bishop Museum in Honolulu, Oahu, USA, is a premier cultural and natural history institution in the state of Hawaii. Established in 1889 by Charles Reed Bishop in honor of his late wife, Princess Bernice Pauahi Bishop, the museum houses an extensive collection of Hawaiian artifacts, royal family heirlooms, and natural history specimens.
