Bojnice Castle, located in Bojnice, Slovakia, is a beautifully preserved medieval fortress with a history dating back to the 12th century. Originally built as a wooden fort, it underwent numerous transformations, evolving into a picturesque Romantic castle, reminiscent of French and Italian Gothic architecture, particularly after significant renovations in the 19th century by Count János Ferenc Pálffy.
