About

Calf Creek Falls is a stunning natural attraction located in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument in Utah, USA. The falls are divided into two tiers: Upper Calf Creek Falls and Lower Calf Creek Falls. Lower Calf Creek Falls is the more popular of the two, featuring a picturesque 126-foot waterfall that cascades into a clear, emerald pool. The hike to Lower Calf Creek Falls is a 6-mile round trip that takes visitors through a scenic desert landscape adorned with colorful sandstone cliffs, lush vegetation, and ancient Native American petroglyphs. Upper Calf Creek Falls, while less frequented, offers a shorter but steeper hike and rewards visitors with a 88-foot waterfall and equally beautiful surroundings.
