Carillon Historical Park in Dayton, Ohio, is a 65-acre open-air museum that preserves and showcases the region's history and heritage. Founded by Colonel Edward Deeds in 1940, the park is home to over 30 historic buildings and exhibits, including the Wright Brothers National Museum, which houses the original 1905 Wright Flyer III. Visitors can explore a wide array of attractions such as the 1905 Deeds Carillon, a 151-foot tall bell tower that serves as the park's centerpiece, as well as exhibits on early transportation, industrial innovations, and the city's pivotal role in the history of aviation.
