Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park, located in the state of Goiás, Brazil, is a stunning natural sanctuary renowned for its dramatic landscapes, crystal-clear waterfalls, and rich biodiversity. Established in 1961, the park covers approximately 655 square kilometers and sits on an ancient plateau estimated to be around 1.8 billion years old. It is part of the Cerrado biome, one of the world's most diverse and endangered tropical savannahs. Visitors to the park can explore a variety of trails that lead to breathtaking viewpoints, swim in pristine natural pools, and observe a wide array of flora and fauna, including several endangered species.
