Chastel Blanc, also known as Safita Tower, is a historic Crusader castle located in the town of Safita, Syria. The fortress was originally constructed by the Knights Templar in the early 12th century during the Crusades. This castle is notable for its imposing white limestone keep, which rises prominently above the surrounding landscape, offering strategic views over the region. The structure has undergone various modifications and restorations over the centuries but retains much of its medieval character. Inside, visitors can find a chapel and several rooms that once served as the living quarters for the knights.
