Château d'Annecy is a historic castle located in the town of Annecy, in the Haute-Savoie region of France. Originally built between the 12th and 16th centuries, the château served as the residence of the Counts of Geneva and later the Dukes of Genevois-Nemours. The structure, featuring a blend of medieval and Renaissance architectural styles, has been meticulously restored and now houses a museum. The Musée-Château d'Annecy exhibits regional artifacts, contemporary art, and pieces related to the history and heritage of the area.
