The Church of Peace in Jawor, Poland, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the largest timber-framed religious buildings in Europe. Constructed in the mid-17th century following the Peace of Westphalia, it was built under strict conditions that prohibited the use of durable materials like stone or brick, resulting in a unique wooden structure. The church's interior is richly decorated with baroque elements, including intricate wood carvings, frescoes, and an ornately detailed altar.
