About

Coral Castle is a unique and enigmatic structure located in Miami, Florida, USA. It was built by Edward Leedskalnin, a Latvian immigrant, between 1923 and 1951. The castle is renowned for its impressive engineering and the mystery surrounding its construction, as Leedskalnin single-handedly carved and moved numerous massive coral stones, some weighing several tons, without the use of modern machinery. The site includes various megalithic structures, such as a tower, walls, furniture, and a sundial, all made from oolitic limestone.
