Diekirch is a picturesque town in north-eastern Luxembourg, known for its rich history and charming atmosphere. It is situated along the banks of the Sauer River and is the administrative center of the canton of Diekirch. The town is famous for its beer, Diekirch Brewery, which has been brewing since 1871. Diekirch also hosts the National Museum of Military History, which provides insights into Luxembourg's military past, particularly during World War II.
