The European Solidarity Centre in Gdańsk, Poland, is a cultural institution and museum dedicated to the history of the Solidarity movement and its impact on the fall of communism in Europe. Opened in 2014, the center serves as a tribute to the labor union and civil resistance movement that played a pivotal role in ending communist rule in Poland. It features a permanent exhibition, a library, archives, and various educational programs. The contemporary architecture of the building itself is symbolic, resembling a ship to honor Gdańsk's shipbuilding heritage.
