Fort James is a historic fort located at the entrance to St. John's Harbour in Antigua and Barbuda. Constructed in the early 18th century by the British, it was designed to protect the island from potential naval attacks. The fort is named after King James II and features impressive stone walls, cannons, and other remnants of its military past. Today, Fort James is a popular tourist attraction, offering stunning views of the harbor and the Caribbean Sea, as well as a glimpse into the island's colonial history.
