The Great Synagogue in Plzeň, Czech Republic, is one of the largest synagogues in Europe and the second largest in the Czech Republic. Built between 1888 and 1893, it features a unique blend of Moorish-Romanesque architectural styles, with distinctive twin towers and a large central dome. The synagogue has been a significant cultural and religious center for the Jewish community in Plzeň. It has undergone several renovations, especially after damage during World War II and the communist era.
