Huánuco Pampa, also known as Huánuco Viejo, is an archaeological site located in the central highlands of Peru. It was an important administrative and ceremonial center during the Inca Empire, strategically positioned along the main Inca road, the Qhapaq Ñan. The site features a large central plaza, kallankas (large rectangular buildings), and an ushnu (ceremonial platform), reflecting its significance in Inca culture.
