The Jalil Khayat Mosque, located in Erbil, Iraq, is one of the most prominent and architecturally significant mosques in the region. Completed in 2007, the mosque was built by the Khayat family in honor of Jalil Khayat, a well-known philanthropist. The design of the mosque is inspired by a blend of several Islamic architectural styles, including Ottoman and Mamluk influences. Its grand dome, intricate tile work, and soaring minarets make it a remarkable landmark.
