Jardin de l'État is a historic public garden located in Saint-Denis, the capital of Réunion, a French overseas department in the Indian Ocean. Established in the early 18th century, it originally served as a botanical garden to acclimatize plants from various parts of the world. Today, it offers a serene escape with its lush greenery, diverse plant species, and beautifully landscaped areas. The garden also features a small zoo with native and exotic animals, as well as the Natural History Museum of Réunion, which provides valuable insights into the island's natural heritage.
