Khoton Lake is a picturesque freshwater lake located in the Altai Tavan Bogd National Park in western Mongolia, near the border with China. Nestled at an elevation of approximately 2,073 meters (6,801 feet) above sea level, the lake is surrounded by stunning mountainous landscapes and rich biodiversity.
