Korçë is a city in southeastern Albania known for its rich cultural heritage and historical significance. Often referred to as the "City of Education," Korçë is home to the first Albanian school, which was established in 1887. The city features an array of architectural styles, including Ottoman-era buildings and well-preserved Orthodox churches. Korçë is also famous for its thriving arts scene, with numerous museums, galleries, and theaters. Additionally, the city hosts an annual beer festival, which is one of the largest in the Balkans, attracting visitors from all over the region.
