Książ Castle in Wałbrzych, Poland, is a historic fortress with a rich and varied history dating back to the 13th century. It is the third largest castle in Poland and an architectural marvel, combining elements of Gothic, Baroque, and Renaissance styles. Situated on a picturesque hilltop, the castle overlooks the lush landscape of the Książ Landscape Park. Throughout its history, it has been home to noble families, including the Hochberg family, and has witnessed numerous historical events. During World War II, it was seized by the Nazis and partially converted into a headquarters.
