La Hougue Bie is a prehistoric site located in St. Saviour, Jersey. It features one of the best-preserved Neolithic passage graves in Europe, which dates back to around 3500 BC. The site includes a large mound that covers a burial chamber, and it is topped by a medieval chapel, Notre Dame de Clarté, built in the 12th century. Visitors can explore the ancient passage grave, which aligns with the equinox sunrise, and learn about the island's early inhabitants at the on-site museum.
