Lachuá Lake is a stunning, circular karstic lake located in the Lachuá National Park in the Alta Verapaz department of Guatemala. Known for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, the lake is often described as a natural mirror. The lake and its surrounding area are rich in biodiversity, hosting a variety of flora and fauna, including several endangered species. The park itself is a protected area, aimed at preserving the unique ecosystem that includes tropical rainforests and wetlands.
