Lake of the Ozarks is a large reservoir located in the central region of Missouri, USA. Created by the construction of the Bagnell Dam on the Osage River in 1931, the lake stretches over 54,000 acres with more than 1,150 miles of shoreline. It is a popular destination for boating, fishing, and recreational activities, offering numerous resorts, marinas, and waterfront properties. The surrounding area features state parks, hiking trails, and golf courses, making it a year-round attraction for tourists and outdoor enthusiasts.
