Mahasthangarh, located in Bogura, Bangladesh, is one of the country's most significant archaeological sites. Dating back to at least the 3rd century BCE, this ancient city served as a prominent urban center in the region. The site includes the remains of a citadel, fortifications, temples, and various other structures that offer insights into the Maurya, Gupta, and Pala periods.
