Malbork Castle, located in Malbork, Poland, is one of the largest and most impressive castles in the world. Originally constructed in the 13th century by the Teutonic Knights, a German Roman Catholic religious order of crusaders, the castle served as their headquarters and was a symbol of their military and political power. This Gothic fortress is renowned for its massive scale, intricate architectural details, and well-preserved medieval structures. Over the centuries, it has been expanded and renovated, resulting in a complex that includes a High Castle, Middle Castle, and Lower Castle.
