New Grodno Castle, located in Grodno, Belarus, is a significant historical and architectural monument that dates back to the 18th century. Constructed between 1734 and 1751 under the commission of King Augustus III of Poland, the castle served as a royal residence and a strategic military fortification. The design of the castle is attributed to the renowned architect Carl Friedrich Pöppelmann. It features a blend of Baroque and Classical architectural styles, characterized by its grand facades, intricate interiors, and well-manicured gardens. Throughout its history, New Grodno Castle has witnessed numerous historical events and has undergone several renovations, playing an essential role in the cultural and political life of the region.
