Pedro St. James Castle, often referred to simply as Pedro's Castle, is a historic site located in the Cayman Islands. Known as the birthplace of democracy in the Cayman Islands, this grand structure was built in 1780 by an Englishman named William Eden. The three-story building, constructed of native stone and wood, is the oldest surviving stone structure in the islands.
