Pillnitz Castle, located on the banks of the Elbe River in Dresden, Germany, is a magnificent ensemble of Baroque architecture and expansive gardens. It served as the summer residence for the Electors and Kings of Saxony and is composed of three main buildings: the Riverside Palace, the Upper Palace, and the New Palace.
