The Portland Art Museum, located in Portland, Oregon, is one of the oldest art museums on the West Coast, having been founded in 1892. It houses an extensive collection of over 42,000 objects, spanning diverse cultures and time periods. The museum's exhibits include Native American artifacts, Asian art, European paintings, modern and contemporary art, and Northwest art. Notably, the museum is also home to the Northwest Film Center, which offers a variety of film screenings and educational programs.
