Pskov Krom, also known as the Pskov Kremlin, is a historic fortress located in Pskov, Russia. It dates back to the 9th century and served as a significant military, administrative, and religious center. The Krom is situated on a strategic location where the Velikaya River meets the Pskova River, offering natural defensive advantages. The fortress complex includes several notable structures, such as the Trinity Cathedral, which houses the relics of Saint Vsevolod-Gabriel, and various towers and walls that have been preserved and restored over the centuries.
