Quảng Trị Citadel, located in Quảng Trị Province, Vietnam, is a historic fortress that played a significant role during the Vietnam War. Originally constructed in 1824 during the Nguyễn Dynasty, the citadel served as a military stronghold and administrative center. It gained particular historical prominence during the Battle of Quảng Trị in 1972, one of the fiercest and bloodiest battles of the war.
