Redfish Lake is a stunning alpine lake located in the Sawtooth National Recreation Area in central Idaho, USA. Named for the brilliant sockeye salmon that used to return in large numbers to spawn in its waters, the lake is renowned for its clear, turquoise waters and picturesque mountain backdrop. It sits at an elevation of about 6,500 feet and is surrounded by the rugged peaks of the Sawtooth Mountains, offering a beautiful setting for outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, and camping.
