Revelstoke Dam, located on the Columbia River near Revelstoke, British Columbia, is a significant hydroelectric facility in Canada. Completed in 1984, the dam stands at 175 meters (574 feet) high and stretches 122 meters (400 feet) across. It features a large reservoir, Lake Revelstoke, which extends upstream for approximately 130 kilometers (81 miles).
