Rovaniemi Church in Rovaniemi, Finland, is a striking example of post-war modernist architecture. Designed by architect Bertel Liljequist, the church was completed in 1950 after the original structure was destroyed during World War II. It features a prominent 54-meter-high bell tower and a large, arched roof that creates an open and airy interior space. The church is renowned for its impressive fresco, "The Source of Life," painted by Professor Lennart Segerstråle, which spans the entire back wall of the altar and depicts scenes from the Bible.
