Saloum Delta National Park in Senegal is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its rich biodiversity and cultural heritage. Covering an area of approximately 76,000 hectares, the park features a unique landscape of mangroves, islands, and estuaries formed by the confluence of the Saloum River and the Atlantic Ocean. It is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna, including numerous bird species, marine life, and endangered mammals.
