The Santiago Apóstol Parish Ruins, located in Cartago, Costa Rica, are the remnants of an unfinished Roman Catholic church that date back to the colonial period. Originally begun in the 16th century, the construction faced numerous setbacks due to multiple earthquakes, with significant damage occurring from the 1910 earthquake. The ruins are a prominent historical site, surrounded by a well-maintained garden and serving as a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
