Santo Stefano dei Cavalieri is a historic church located in Pisa, Italy. Built between 1565 and 1569, the church was designed by the renowned architect Giorgio Vasari under the commission of Cosimo I de' Medici. It served as the church of the Order of the Knights of St. Stephen, which was established to defend the Tyrrhenian Sea from Ottoman and pirate incursions. The façade, completed in 1594, features an elegant Mannerist style. Inside, the church houses a rich collection of naval banners and trophies, as well as notable artworks including paintings by Vasari and Jacopo Ligozzi. The wooden ceiling, decorated with coffered panels, adds to the church's ornate interior.
