Slītere Lighthouse, located in Latvia, stands as one of the oldest lighthouses in the country. Situated in the Slītere National Park, this lighthouse offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding forests and the Baltic Sea. Originally constructed in 1849 on the site of an ancient Livonian castle mound, it was initially used as a daymark before being equipped with a functional light in 1961.
